Ellis Simms created another night to remember at Stamford Bridge as he came off the bench to slot a crucial late equaliser in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Chelsea.
The striker made his senior Everton debut on the Blues’ last visit to the venue in December 2021, and Simms made a new piece of personal history on Saturday night when he latched on to Abdoulaye Doucoure’s pass before driving into the box and firing past Kepa in the 89th minute to register his first senior Everton goal.
