Dr. Niklas Häusler & Patrick Häntschke are the team behind Neuro11, state-of-the-art mental strength training for elite athletes. The German-based company have worked with the Reds for the past two seasons, using scientific data to help players maximise their mental performance in certain situations. Their work was credited in the immediate aftermath of the club’s victories in the 2021-22 Emirates FA Cup and Carabao Cup finals, both of which were won following penalty shootouts.
