Farquharson put Newport County in the lead just before halftime with a well-worked freekick in the box which he latched on and put his header past Wildsmith in goal. Louis Sibley scored one of the goals of the round in the second half, glided past two players curls the ball into the far corner to level the score. McGoldrick’s late header in the 88th minute sees the Rams into the third round.
