FC Bayern drew 2-2 (1-1) at SC Freiburg on Friday evening. In its 2000th Bundesliga match, the record champions initially fell behind to a goal from Christian Günter in the 12th minute. Mathys Tel (35th minute) and an incredible solo from Jamal Musiala (75th) turned the game in FCB’s favor. But three minutes before the end, Freiburg equalized through Lucas Höler to make the final score 2-2. The second leg of the Champions League round of 16 tie against Lazio Rome is scheduled for next Tuesday.
