Born in the Netherlands from Moroccan parents, Abdou Harroui’s first steps in the world of football happened at the Academy of Sparta Rotterdam before his move to Italy. His first stint in Serie A was at Sassuolo, and last summer, the Moroccan midfielder moved to Frosinone, where he quickly became a staple of the Ciociari starting XI. As Harroui tells us, the key to good performances on the pitch is a happy and satisfying life outside of it, and Frosinone is the perfect place for a foreign place to thrive in.
