The disappointment at FC Bayern after the 2-0 home defeat against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday evening was naturally huge. For the first time in five and a half years, the record champions were beaten in a Bundesliga clash with their rivals from the Ruhr region, and the last league defeat against BVB at home in the Allianz Arena was almost ten years ago.
From now on, however, the focus will be on the future: next Saturday, the team will face promoted 1. FC Heidenheim. Three days later, on Tuesday, 9 April, FCB will host FC Arsenal in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
