Despite a halftime lead, FC Bayern couldn’t capitalize on chances and lost away to 1. FC Heidenheim. The disappointment was naturally huge. After securing a 0-2 advantage going into halftime, Heidenheim came back in the second half to defeat the record champion.
From now on, however, the focus will be on Tuesday, 9 April, as Arsenal FC will host FCB in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
