Mats Hummels and Antonios Papadopoulos were the matchwinners in BVB’s commanding 2-0 success in the friendly against Dynamo Dresden. Dortmund were without their internationals as well as new transfers Sébastien Haller and Niklas Süle, so the young players in particular got the chance to shine.
